These swing hangers attach to the play structure, and you hang swing chains from them. These hangers are heavy-duty cast ductile iron, with Oilite bronze bushings. You will need two hangers for each swing (one per chain). To attach swing chains to the swing hanger, you will need fasteners (see below), except for the E-Z Hang models, which have a built-in pendulum with an opening mechanism. |

Swing Chain Fasteners
These swing chain fasteners connect the swing chains to the swing hanger on the structure, and to the swing seat below. There are 3 options: the H-Shackle, the Clevis, and the S-Hook. • The H-Shackle is the sturdiest choice, and it's easy to open (using the Allen wrench).
• The Clevis is sturdy, but only opens on one end. Also requires the Allen wrench.
• The S-Hooks are tough but require an expensive opener (see below).
